🐎 Horse-Supported Learning Activities: Build leadership, confidence, communication and trust, working hands-on with horses to problem-solve obstacles. Absolutely zero previous horse experience needed.
⚔️ Swordfight & Medieval Movement Class: Learn safe, choreographed sword play and movement skills from one of the world’s only female full-contact jousters, encouraging courage, focus, and creative expression.
💬 Thoughtful Discussions: Engage in guided discussions about real challenges facing young women and explore critical thinking, resilience, and support systems.
🎯 Connection & Fun: Empower yourself, make new friends, and celebrate what it means to be strong, capable, and connected!
